Don't hold your breath for a devastating solution. FTC can't even seem to get Microsoft, and their case is much more serious than this joke of an argument they (FTC) made against INTC...

The Sherman Antitrust Act is serious business, but my take is that the FTC is trying to tell INTC how to act with customers, i.e. telling INTC how to run it's business. Under the letter and the spirit of the law, assuming there isn't more data that we don't know about, INTC has done nothing wrong in it's attempt to protect it's proprietary technology...and I'm not a lawyer, but if this ever gets to trial, the FTC will get flattened. Especially in a jury trial...
