Joe, DDSI looks interesting. This is from their yearly results news piece: biz.yahoo.com ''Our first SI3000 middleware sale was a statewide system to Colorado. We have several similar sized systems already under contract totaling over $1.25 million for '98 installation. Our backlog of Compu-Capture imaging systems is slightly less than $1.0 million dollars. With these backlogs and commitments totaling over $2.25 million, plus our lower overhead. I am confident we will be able to achieve our goal of profitability in '98.'' ''We are on plan for the patent application of our contactless livescan system in 2nd quarter '98. This device and accompanying software holds great prospects for profitable growth this year as it comes to market in the 3rd quarter.'' ''We are seeking additional funding to meet the requirements of our expanding business.'' My initial reaction is good, good and uh-oh! If it means more shares, Reg S that would invalidate whatever bright future they may have. Not saying that is what's planned just a cautionary note. gary
