Who would buy this? Maybe we can find someone who just crawled out from under a rock...Oh, wait!...nope, it's already pretty crowded.
I've had time to look over the recent filings in detail:
1. The filing starts out with Clines saying none of the present management knew anything. Sound familiar? As usual, Mr Phelps, if anyone of your farce is captured, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions. IMHO....baloney!
2. Clines says they are unable to find Finkle. Hell, I talked to him. Why can't they? He's in Pennsylvania. I don't think they want to find Finkle.
3. In the state of Florida, that shareholders must vote on mergers etc. Let's vote on the ICMX acquisition. All those in favor...anybody.
All those opposed?....Motion is defeated (my prediction)
4. The filings indicate that the transfer agent only knew about a fraction of the actual shares issued. This is not possible. Unless Charlie was manufacturing certificates himself. Something is vewy, vewy skwewy here!
5. There is a continual mention of a 2.5 million private placement. The filings aren't clear whether or not this is debt of equity or both.If it's debt, we're in trouble since they would be standing in line well ahead of us in a liquidation scenario.
6. WPC (auditor) letter to SEXI is dated 9-20. And they say, reported to the SEC 9-21. Yet Meyerson smelled this out at least a couple of weeks before this. Were they given an opportunity to act before the "official" letter was sent? Did Meyerson trade on this info? Need to find out if Meyerson and Stoppleman made the intro of WPC to Huttoe. Anybody remember reading about this? HELP!!!They were hired 9-2
7. The reference to ICE's false statements leaves out mention of Johns Hopkins. IMHO they are complicit in this, in that they have still not retracted or refuted the story. Has some stock found its way here?
8. What was the price of SEXI 5-28 to 6-5. Thats when the filings mentionthat Huttoe sold. We could back into the number of shares sold.
9. The lockups were selectively enforced. At least one of the people I spoke to knew his shares were locked up.
10. Shares were distributed to 93 consultants. I don't think we've accounted for that many yet. Remember we have not accounted for 21,000,000 shares.
11. Did Huttoe ever put any money back into the company? Remember, he chose not to do a secondary with Meyerson (probably due to the fact that you need clean financials). But, if he did, that would likely be debt owing to Huttoe. Just speculation, but might explain where he got the money to perpetuate the scam.
12. The SEC asks for a "PRAYER OF RELIEF". How do we attend these prayer meetings?
13. Notice the word "servants". Not quite sure that is standard language.
14. The living and legal expense money is exorbitant. Tammy Jo, let's party!
15. Who are Nancy Ellis and Mary Jane Hubbard?
16. If Lynda Lou Kane (Shelley's wife) accounts are frozen, is this the next axe to fall? These guys have so far managed to elude the SEC in any formal charges. Shelly was under suspicion of selling unregistered securities in an internal investigation, a couple of weeks prior to Charlie's filings. Yet their disclosure to the SEC of the internal investigation seems to be much later. It would seem they were trying to buy time. For what? Remember the SEC wasn' notified by WPC until 9-21.
Many more questions than answers.
