I have been very clear: We are short this stock. I think it is a fraud.

My debating nature is what is needed to overcome the unbridled effusiveness regarding the concept of the next great thing and lack of truth being told by those involved. The insider selling and TRAV's machismo and vitriolic nature gives us much of the conviction that we need.

His history with the firm's other underwritings give us the conviction to undertake this short along with all of the other things posted on this thread. (In my opinion). We have played the game many times on the dark side and we have rarely been wrong.

Our view of this might change if the Company were to properly engage a third party such as the SAE to investigate the whole thing. Instead the promotional route is undertaken at every turn. No money goes into the Company, it only goes to TRAV's market making for a 1/16 and the insiders. Wake up and smell the coffee!

BTW, manufacturing royalties are very rarely above 5% and most are substantially lower. Despite what TRAV implies the big three move like molasses and are inclined to be very careful.
