I've got to side with Wahoograd on this one--the David Collins post, that is. WAVX's IR people have been very conservative compared to the more aggressive IR firms out there (which, btw, often accept dirt-cheap option packages, which I do not believe Collins's firm has ever done with WAVX). He therefore has no motive to stick his neck out, leading me to believe he is confident good things are soon to come.
