("PAR") - Shares for Debt The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing the first tranche of the Company's proposal to issue 706,880 shares at a price of $0.40 per share to settle outstanding debt as follows: Creditor Price Shares Amount Owing Kensington Resources Ltd. 0.40 87,500 35,000.00 The Company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
