hello ditchdigger, maybe he had a tax liability to pay off, or maybe he had a balloon payment to make, or maybe he had to raise cash to... the fact is nobody on this thread has a clue why the shares were sold, so why the senseless useless speculation? i'm trying to decide on the merits of tvsi, but there seems to be a lot of heated discussion that distracts from the issue of what the company value is, based on facts. cheers, gary
