I just read your post (see below) and I wanted to add a slight twist. Maybe MTEI management issued this vague statement to induce selling so that stronger hands will accumulate. Management seems to have a game plan and the resources to act quickly. By getting the stock into stronger hands our shareholder value as well as the value of their restricted shares increases. The quicker this happens the better IMHO.

Some one probably already thought of this so I'll just go back to catching up. Thanks.

Everyone,

Today we saw the daytraders get blasted. Expecting gigantic news, and boom, just news of an acquisition. 8000 acres, if I remember correctly. What mineral resource is under that acreage? It was not stated. Now just think for one minute. We know that they have in excess of 10,000,000 tons of recoverable coal and 2bcf of
recoverable coal bed methane gas under 2600 acres. I am a landman in this industry and I can guarantee you MTEI did not buy these 8000 acres just to enhance its acreage inventory. My opinion, and this is my opinion only, is that this 8000 acres does contain significant minerals, either oil & gas or coal or both. The people who held today are the ones who will see the true value of this stock. This is way
undervalued.

Regards,

Bob
