Have been doing some due diligence on THW, and have seen a few things that raise a red flag for me (not the least of which is all the HYPE CRAP that is flying around the Internet on this one). That aside, looking at the company fundamentals, I did notice a few things.

First of all, even though the company doesn't appear to have formally announced Q2 results, they are available on the SEDAR web site. Looking at the numbers though tells a sad story. It is interesting to note that they did not break out Q2, and only reported six month results, as Q2 alone would have shown a loss of $.03 per share. The only significant revenue is from the Columbia agreement (which was recorded in Q1). Aside from this, revenue is actually DOWN from one year ago ($202,870 in sales versus $271,976). Where are all the revenues from new products? Where is the revenue from the OEM agreements? In 1997, they had only one product, and today they have three, and they are generating less revenue?

The only good news story I could see in all of this was that expenses have not gone up. This is a company that is still a fair ways away from being operating cash flow positive once the one-time revenues are taken away.

Don't get me wrong - from everything I have read the company does appear to be producing great products. All I am saying is SHOW ME THE MONEY!!

Can anyone point out what I am missing??
