The interesting and unnerving thing about the price movement in this stock is the fact that there are supposedly less than 3 million shares outstanding, but the MM's seem to be able to provide shares to buyers in relatively large amounts without raising the ask. I bought approx. 15K shares today at 9/32 when the ask size showed 5 ... I had no problem getting filled... 15K is over .5% of the outstanding shares. Block trades much larger than mine were executed, all without moving the price... I would conjecture that ROTI stock has been diluted by preferred conversions that we've yet to be apprised of, or the MM's are looking to liquidate because Harvest is dying...

I have followed this stock for approx. 1 year, and on a positive note, the share price on the common has descended to and touched 25 cents at least four times, and managed to bounce off of that level nicely.

It would seem a logical assumuption that the juice deal is dead, because the "feasibility period" as described by the company expired in late April, and no shareholder proxy to ratify a deal was ever issued (to my knowledge) I believe that the same holds true in the case of Tanner's... no proxy to ratify a merger has been issued to date.
