jp, I am privy to NO information. I think the last time I talked to Tom was at the BK hearing in March. As for the Jackson suit, both parties are to appear before the judge to state their side. I don't have the file before me at the moment but it is the first appearance of each side in court. The last I saw in the court documents is that Randy has been served but his mother Kathern has not been served. She needs to be served or something done before the Aug court date. Legally I don't know what needs to be done. A judgement in our favor would be substantial. BUT of course we would still need to collect. From experience with my dental practice no judgement is a guarantee of payment! :-) Larry
