don,
Thanks very much. Great article. It's uncanny how a lot of that article is what we have been discussing on this thread:
1. He says Asia hasn't hit us yet, but will.
2. He thinks the "Asia is good for the US," is nonsense.
3. He thinks investors who can't remember the names of their companies is worrisome.
4. He thinks money supply (M3) can't get any better. It has to slow down (remember our liquidity discussion).
5. He mentioned cash levels in mutual funds being at all time lows.

I think we covered all his points and more. I especially like his view, because he also takes into consideration special situations that may not lead to a catastophic failure of the markets. Most people who believe as he does, usually predict a 1929 style crash. He kept de-empahsizing this aspect. All in all and excellent summary of our discussions here.

Plus he even threw in, for good measure, a company involved in the creation of the new data networks. Another subject we've covered.

Thanks for posting the article. I'm definitely going to hit the print button and save for future reference. Like for the times when I want to get 100% invested (on the long side) in the markets again!
