THey want to move on this . And I think the original est. was 1.5Billion. I work for the GOVT. myself,and if IECS gets this bid it will end up at about, 2.5 Billion with all the change orders the Govt. project engs. come up with. My friend told me the Navy doesn't drag their feet. Remember, if my memory serves me right, the went to the Navy, then later this year, they go to the DOD.I think that was the order of the deal.
