Whatever Darren...point is the same...its a heck of a lot of quantity. You've seen people do 400 trades a day? wow! That scary! as well, you have to be careful, because at a certain point the NASD might consider you a professional and then SOES might not be available to you... i'm not making any determination as to how many SOES round trips might disqualify someone from using SOES, but if you look at the definition of SOES eligibility, and caselaw, some have been consider violative for 4 round trips in the same stock... -Steve@yamner.com
