Hi Marcos - from reading the occasional Willis column, it looks like he's something of a cheerleader for Rowland Fleming and the TSE. Those concerned about this matter might have better success contacting such reporters as Karen Howlett at The Globe and Mail and/or Dan Westell at The Financial Post. There are, of course, numerous alternatives but both of these individuals have shown themselves to be alive to, and concerned with, public interest issues.

It's hard to believe that any stock exchange would actually proceed with such a legal action. It may be a threat intended to silence. Actually filing suit would appear preposterous under the circumstances.

Of course, speaking of preposterous - one need only look to the inclusion of some companies in the TSE 300... so, one can't count out any absurdity.
