I'm not sure a reduction of salaries would constitute a material change in the true sense of the word requiring an SEC filing of some kind since it is a reduction rather than an increase.

As far as the cost savings - in their illustration showing actual 1Q versus E98 the ratio of costs to revenues is 90% for 1Q and 83-84% for E98. This makes me think that the 1/2 year cost savings have been factored in (7% of 14.5 million would be about $1 million) I think they are being very conservative and it assumes no growth and I remember JTO indicated in the CC that Q1 would be the low point for the year for net income.

Regarding their ten reasons to own the stock, I thought the following was kinda gutsy:
