Dear Mr. Estabrook You can find research reports about UMSI at WWW.kostech.com and www.ssnn.com. The comapny has a web page at www.lihomes.com/umsi. UMSI is a very strong company and has a strong Buy rating according to all the reseach reports that I read. Currently the company is trading at great discount with respect to P/E(just 5x 1997E of $0.30). American Fund Advisors which issued a report on UMSI dated 10/28/1996 with a strong buy rating forcasts that UMSI should move to $5 1/4-6 over the near term(which is just 15-17 times fully taxed 1997 estimated EPS).
