Those are the approx. figures I heard as well.

Chuck had a detailed conversation with Thorwaithe I believe, back at one of the first conferences. Those figures maybe on the high side but that's all up in the air and anything close to that would be extremely exciting.

I just don't like the sound of the deal and I don't have any respect for Thornwaithe. I don't like the fact that he tried to hide his connection with ADGI and I don't care for his ponzy Prison Technology or whatever those two clowns called it. Why the 1.4+ million shares to Thornwaithe and 50,000 to Hinton CEO on ADGI? I want those back.

The DNAnalyzer could be a great product but I sure wouldn't invest money in them right now. The process of getting into a hospital and actually generating income is very lengthy, I would guess a couple years minimum. What about capital for developement and expenses, further dilution, almost 100% guaranteed. It's very difficult to make it in this business when you're an unknown. RATCOM needs a big partner and I would think that if there product is a good as they say, they would have one right now or be getting one very soon, they usually always team up.

I see these conversations as constructive, not confrontational.

Aloha
