Corel is but one of 3 vendors (Systems of Excellence and C-Phone are the other two) that have a video local area network hub. Corel has limitations because they do have not found the right line drivers to push their NTSC video as far as they need to. I have to caveat that by saying that at the TELECON XVI in California last week, Corel brought out new line drivers that have more promise.

My problem with Corel is that I don not know how much support they have from Word Perfect. If Word Perfect doesn't stand behind Corel is weakens their position, then Corel Video will slip away.

All these vendors do some things well and some others not so well. One of the most critical areas that they need to work on in the video overlay card. The best system will look poor if a cheap video/TV card is used.
