Richard,
With regard to the options, yes most likely the plan will pass even though I, of course, voted against it. With regard to what games are left for 1998:
For PC CD-ROM: WCW Nitro Bass Classic: Tournament Edition Redjack's Revenge Brunswick Pro Circuit International Rally Championship Dead Unity Speed Tribes
For Nintendo 64: Quest 64 Penny Racers WCW/NWO Revenge WCW Nitro
For Sony Playstation: The Granstream Saga Brunswick Pro Circuit Devil Dice G. Darius International Rally Championship Rugrats Dead Unity Shao Lin WCW/NWO Live Penny Racers
Nintendo Gameboy: World Cup 98 Disney's Mulan Disney's A Bug's Life Small Soldiers Rugrats Yoda Stories
I mean you have to be kidding if you don't think the above lineup won't trounce THQ's 1997 lineup which consisted of mainly some older EA sports conversions to Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis and WCW vs the World and of course Pax Imperia. Any one of the above listed games could be a mega hit. I have a very good feeling about Quest 64, Granstream, Devil Dice, Shao Lin, Brunswick, and of course the four WCW games should be no brainers. Beware buddy, there are over 1.1 million shares short and when THQ announces their new wrestling license, you could get run over! Lastly, I attended E3 and THQ had mentioned their are much better licenses out there than ECW when I asked what they were bidding on. I guess it is just speculation at this point over on the aol THQ message board. |
