Ramsey,

Welcome back!Where d'ya go?

I suppose Q will lump it on top of the rest of the evidence if they're allowed. Refresh my memory. It's getting hard to remember who's wearing which suit. Is Q suing ERICY as a counterclaim vs ERICY soft handoff IPR suit, or is it a stand alone? I wonder if a "cease and desist order" means anything in the real world. MOT's court loss seems to have caused them to tone it down a little, although it's probably more likely attributable to their overall humiliation.I can't imagine that anything short of an IPR loss in court could "force" them to cut it out, by which time they would have accomplished a lot.Perhaps, on the other hand, and I assume this is the Q's considered gamble, the IPR question will become such a serious impediment to WCDMA progress, that all this premature global standards business will turn out to be noise.Certainly makes the betting interesting....Dave
