Peyton I found a very simple solution to the problem... I called IDID and got the information. Now, it would be very easy for me to post that info for everyone in the world to see, but I'd rather have everyone call them to get the info themselves... you might learn something in the process. I'm sure those of you reading this may think I'm a jerk for not postingthe data, but I think it would be better for everyone if you had to do a little work.. you may end up holding your shares for the long run. IDID has a Transfer agent who will re-issue the stock if you've cleared the restrictions. It is a very simple process. Peyton, check your private messages. Mitch
