I dare say old chap, where do you get these figures. Did you pull them out of you a$$. The properties were owned separately and controlled by MTEI, when they incorporated. This was a reverse merger. Again for a simplistic way that reverse mergers work, please see AMEX: TMG. That will probably clear up a few things for you. Regards, Bob
