I agree that Heartstream has a great product, and the response from the company has been confident and encouraging right along. Sorry - if I'd realized the suit wasn't common knowledge on the group, I would have introduced the subject more delicately. My sincere apologies.

The American Airlines order is a phenomenal coup, both financially and in terms of public relations. Great marketing job, and I hope we get to learn the story sometime of how AA was sold on Heartstream defibrillators. And who should get a round of applause.
