Wouldn't that be jolly, to see that news released RIGHT NOW!! Am sure you saw the Bloomberg article quoted on AOL? If not, you will find it reported in the most recent messages under Igen on the Yahoo thread. Hope your source is well placed and getting straight poop! Thanks for the update. I have no source, but from my own evaluation I grow more and more convinced that suit settlement is not likely until the pressure of an approaching trial date makes it mandatory.
