Check out today's Business Week. NOV is listed as a possible takeover target and simply a good value on its' own. I bought NOV several years ago at 6 and sold at a small profit after averaging down a bit. But nowadays, I see NOV bought into a professional staffing service. Overall a good (yet boring) company.
