I spoke to Dick White again this afternoon and have the following to report... 1. 1st Quarter financials to be out tomorrow or Wednesday. 2. Outstanding Shares as of March 31, 1998 - 163+ Million Current Float - Dick said he doesn't know, Barry said he also doesn't know. Delmar may be the only one to answer that. 3. ARET/Tomahawk have no on-going discussions with AHI. That's not to say there won't be any in the future, but for now they are working with HDC on the several hydroponic projects. Somebody may want to call and talk to Delmar about the float. I'm going out of town for a week starting this Wednesday and won't have a chance to call until I return. If I don't see that anybody has called and gotten the current float info, I will call Delmar the latter part of June. If the financials are, in fact, coming out in the next day or two, the volume and price do not reflect it. We'll have to wait and see.
