TO KIM HART:
Knowing that you monitor this thread and nor wanting to chat with your voice mail any longer AND feeling sorry for JL, may I suggest the following:
You have a lot of faithful SH whose phone/fax numbers/email addresses are known to you. Why not contact them once in a while just like other companies do? You don't have to reveal "state secrets", just let them know that the company cares about them and how things are progressing on all fronts. It's basic PR and if you don't have the time to do it, hand it over to somebody who is in tune with what's going on.
The way I see it, any shareholder known to you and known to you for a long time, should be considered a friendly force and should be treated accordingly.
In short, get your PR up to snuff and do it fast or risk loosing the "faithfulls"!
Just a friendly piece of advice.

PS: I know of hundreds of thousands of shares that are sitting on the fence; but not for much longer unless you/the company starts to communicate with them.
