Hi Max - don't feel too bad, I bought only a small position today in CMDL - better than none I guess :>) because I didn't like the gap at the open. The gap never closed so I only took 300 shares. Will consider buying more tomorrow. I think it's too early to attribute today's increase to merger activity. So far the stock has just returned to where it was a few weeks ago with more room to go on the upside. I don't know of any specific rumors... Phil
