For everyone here on SI i am sorry the individuals from the Yahoo thread have came here to keep badgering me. As I said on the Yahoo thread and this direct from Dale Sterritt,"this is a frivolous law suite and they have lost once and we will see the outcome and then the truth will be known." These are in quotations and I don't posts under quotes when it is my writting. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The history of WAST tells it all: About a year ago WAST was a struggling comapny and the president was Dick Masters. Every time Dick tried to do something right for the shareholders the OLD BOARD out voted him. The WMI vote was one of these times. They signed a deal with out Dick's signiture to virtually steal WAST and the plan was to do a reverse split and wipe out the exisiting shareholders. Dick is my friend and we were in communication every day during this time period. Dick refused to go with the deceptive manuevers because Dick was a honorable person and cared about WAST and it's shareholders. WAST MASTERS is named after Dick Masters and that means a lot to him. Dick was forced by the board members to just about lose Wast Masters and to close it's doors. The last day before the doors we closed he signed an emergency deal with CICG that was better for the shareholders. This did not need to be voted on because our next step was halting all operations at all our facilities. The stock was at .03 cents because of facilitation by the Market Makers which was a collusive effort by more than one MM. WMI sued Wast Mastrs and lost in 1997 and are again trying to do the same. How many times can you be sued and how many times can you lose. There is alittle bit more to it but you get my point. On the Yahoo thread I am attacked,I have been threatened with CONCRETE SHOES, SEC, and my family has been called many names. Recently some one came into the chat room a said things about my wife that are dispicable and if you go to Yahoo you will see I stated what was said about my wife in my posts.
