Looks like you were right on that, Westell clearly has more huevos than anybody else so far. Willis was contacted and had his chance. Somebody recommended him to me in an email and I thought I remembered some courage in digging around Bay Street, but maybe it was this Karen Howlett. I confess I haven't tuned in closely to who says what, looks like it's time to start.

"It may be a threat intended to silence" - Clearly it is nothing more, imho. Can you imagine any judge finding Porter liable for saying Fleming should be fired? Hey, we all think Fleming should be fired now. At the same time, though, Porter should keep his head down for a bit. There's no need for him to say anything now, anyway, Fleming & Co are saying everything for him with that gag order.
