No need to apologize Lorraine..I, for one, am pleased with my decision to stick with the company, and the lawsuit was no secret, since You had heard about it and also it is mentioned in the last Q. report of the company. I am certainly not the nosy kind to try to find out the story of how AA was sold on HTST defibrillators...very simple..the greatest Airline wants the BEST for their passengers safety and of course HTST has it..As to who should get a round of applause !!!(strange question!) maybe you mean Lorraine!..but I think , in this case.. the crew members, who will have to spend time to learn to use the defibrillators and who knows, may save the life of someone you happen to know, just think how grateful you'll be.. my best..Regine ..
