Thank you, Chet. Why should it be insane when Gould is stated to leave the last $35 million to ENCC in one of the ENCC news release. The last $35 million owed by SUNW escrow for contingency will not be released until a set date. SUNW has since moved on from ENCC scsi to SUNW fibre channel so the contingency is over.
