Le Rauch and company are the same group that has filed lawsuits against almost every tech comapny that has a drop in price. As I understand, the defendant company generally settle out of court, , because it is cheaper for the company than a protracted lawsuit, , and guess who the big winner is? I bet it is not me, a stockholder.
