WOW, sandstuff... I think you are the Dali Lama in disguise.. I am encountering the same problem in my industry. I am an advanced level software architect and I am truly burnt out and have lost my passion for creating and delivering. Something that I use to love I know loathe. I do believe I need to take your sage advice and re-define how I do business and how I approach this. I can still remember how it felt to get an idea and work for days without sleep to solve it. Maybe I can find that again.
