Tom
Thank You for your answer.
I am not sure that I can accept it however, opn several points.
It is said that we are made in his image and likeness. I would take that to mean that in his image is an outwardly appearance. In his likeness is to mean of the same "stuff" spiritually. Is God full of sin? God made us with sin, and I dont think that he made us unacceptable to be with him.

Also, say for that example, that a good man dies while he istill an unbeliever. Which is a greater testiony to god's works? Seperation for eternity or rehabilitation of the soul through his love? I have a very hard time imagining a God who is so fickle that he casts a good man to eternal damnation because that man didnt acknowledge him as God.

Please accept my comments in the manner that they are given. I am not trying to tear down your beliefs. I am trying to expand and challenge my own, with no malicious intent.

Sincerely,
mark
