Paul,
I probably shouldn't have posted anything. I was just so flabbergasted when there was no activity here.... so it was a hopeful thought that I posted.
The longer I watch these oil stocks, the more significance I place on the price of oil. I don't think we are going to see a lot of action until oil moves back up to the high teens. The institutions and big players are simply not going to put their geeda into oil when its cheaper than drinking water.
