To the extent that our ongoing shareholder count is accurate, your statement above would indicate that there have indeed been shares artificially created by naked shorting. And since each and every holder of those 12 mil is going to hold onto all of his shares for at least a month (right?), somebody is going to be scrambling to cover the deficit.


At least that's the game plan.
