If a stock is trading very fast and furious they will take MO's first. When things quiet down there is no other reason for a limit buy order ABOVE the ask to not be filled. When an order just sits there and the activity is even paced, get on the phone and DEMAND to know why your order is not filled. The problem is at the Broker's trading desk and not with the MM. Joe PTG&LI !!!
