A meeting with Mr. Uselton yesterday. A friend knowledgeable in the oil and gas industry met with Jack Uselton yesterday afternoon, as I announced on the board. I was very interested in his impressions, and he has written me that Mr. Uselton's background sounds pretty impressive. He began with Skelly in 1956 in Oklahoma and worked his way through the oil patch in various functions. My friend was especially impressed with Mr. Uselton's "old school" background, a rarety in this industry. My friend was also impressed with the other people involved, Winston and their geologist, who - in my friend's words - "have been around the block many times." In conclusion, he said that he had little doubt that these guys know how to find oil and gas. Company financials were simply not the topic of the meeting. I too had called Mr. Uselton yesterday morning and now have a feeling that he is definitely a good man, with every intention of seeing this company move forward. Raven
