Thomas: The deflationary sentiment goes far beyond KITCO and is shared by most hedge fund managers. And powerful deflationary forces are very evident when one looks at commodity prices and the dollar. But rapid money supply growth and stock market bubbles in the US and Europe are serving as offsetting factors to a certain extent.

If gold is able to sustain this rally amid very strong deflationary forces, think how well it will do when these trends finally exhaust themselves.

BTW, congratulations on your call for an early June trough!
