Great to hear that the business media have noticed. Next step is to pressure members of the TSE Board, Fleming's superiors. Anybody have a list of TSE Board members and how to contact them ???
Additionally, Fleming doesn't seem to give a damn about individual investors like us. But he will take heed of institutional investors. Perhaps contact your mutual fund companies, and express your concerns about how the TSE is managed. Like any sniveler, Fleming will listen to those with muscle.
Volume counts, e-mail as many mutual funds as possible. Remind them of Bre-X and YBM. Inform them that you like them to do their trading on other exchanges, where possible.
As individuals, ask your boker if prices on alternate exchanges are the same for any trade, ask them not to execute the trade on the TSE. They may not be able to oblige, but your displeasure will be registered. This may eventually filter up.
Every little bit helps, do whatever you can to spread the word against the TSE.

P.S. For those who missed it, here is the Financial Post article on Porter.
