Greg doesnt this concern you? obviously erickson plans to steal IPR's of Qcom and produce WCDMA. Q will have only legal recourse which will take forever. Once Erickson builds standard, they will get lion share of Europe and Japan. Qcom is in a tough position, who knows if USA will stand behind Qcom. Surly Lucent, Mot, most suppliers will back Erickson because they dont want to pay IPR, also they do more Business with Eriks. Why doesnt Qcom lodge a complaint know in International court about non-tarif bariers?
