So the legal buzzards are circling CAWS

Why should anyone be surprised? Look at the recent referendum in California. Talk about self-serving legislation. Fortunately, common sense ruled.

I am curious about who drives a lawsuit like this. Is it the lawyers, the small investors, or the institutional investors.

And what is BANX's culpability in all this? After all, they had the **audacity** to mislead the market into thinking that wireless cable might be a worthwhile investment. Is BANX a plaintiff or defendant? (Sarcasm intended.)

If any investor doesn't realize that this was and continues to be a risky and volatile investment, then they ought to be investing in bank CD's or treasuries.

By the way, why would the Microsoft Network pick the lawyers website as a "Pick of the Week"? milberg.com

Sheesh!
