So the legal buzzards are circling CAWS Why should anyone be surprised? Look at the recent referendum in California. Talk about self-serving legislation. Fortunately, common sense ruled. I am curious about who drives a lawsuit like this. Is it the lawyers, the small investors, or the institutional investors. And what is BANX's culpability in all this? After all, they had the audacity to mislead the market into thinking that wireless cable might be a worthwhile investment. Is BANX a plaintiff or defendant? (Sarcasm intended.) If any investor doesn't realize that this was and continues to be a risky and volatile investment, then they ought to be investing in bank CD's or treasuries. By the way, why would the Microsoft Network pick the lawyers website as a "Pick of the Week"? milberg.com Sheesh!
