East Pole, I dug up a little more details for those choises. OAT is a defensive stock picked because the period between May 31 and OCT 31 is a time of historic underpreformance. PEP has increased dividends and a good chart pattern with a receint "shakeout pattern" VOLVY or Volvo has a nice pattern but I could not find specific reference as to his reason for it's inclusion into a portfolio.
