I listened into a teleconference in which some guy who I think was the CFO spoke. They had some rosy projections of 89-90 cents per share 2 years from startup. The idea sounds good buy I am sceptical this company will come anywhere near those projections for the following reasons:

1) They themselves said that their main competitor is Expedite (XPED) which is a $18 stock. I felt their reasoning for why they could compete was rather weak

2) 2 years is a long time in telecom business and profit margins can collapse from the levels they are projecting for that time due to competition.

3) They didn't indicate what they are doing that is unique other than saying their box was the only box that could provided all 5 services, fax, email, fax forwarding, internet access, and ?(I forgot the last one).

Just my opinion,
