first of all if you watched my post i made it clear that "INSTINCT" was driving my statements. it appeared to be a no brainer. i did not have an inside track. with that said, the revenues from the sale of nct audio will probably be the source of funding for these acquisitions. they will probably not be large or very profitable at this point and are probably hungry for acquisition due to the ability to utilize the flat speaker tech as an inside organization. i believe this will all happen and still allow ncti to retain 51% of nct audio. not really a big deal. and the sum of the parts will be tremendously larger thsn the whole because of the synergies and emerging tech. IMHO. rich
