You are exactly right. The hypsters came and went. I'm not shedding any tears because of it. The business plan this company has put forth is the same as always, and I think it has tremendous potential. The press release of yesterday boosted my confidence, as well as the receptiveness of the company to suggestions that some of you have reported.
I think getting out now is a huge mistake. I have been on a ride like this before and I know what goes through your mind. I bought TSIS last fall thinking there was only one way to go: UP! Unfortunately, it went DOWN! My stock lost half its value in a little over a month. I felt STUPID, and at one point really considered selling and cutting my losses. But I truly believed in the future of the company, and now the price of the stock is back to my entry point and the company is flying high. My point is, with a start-up company like this you have to have nerves of steel, but I think the reward will be AWESOME!!
One thing I have found that helps when you are holding long-term is to back off a little on how often you check the stock price, how often you read SI posts, etc.
Hang in there, folks. Think about where we will be at Christmas, or this this time next year. |
