Gentlemen
Of necessity I have been unable to stay fully abreast with the progress of both your collective plight, and the dynamics of this thread. Progressive familiarity with the regular posters and their points of view has led me to a few conclusions, which also relates somewhat to the human condition.
I took the time to wade through the muck, mire and humor to observe positions, annoyances, hopes, and whimsey. What is lacking is moral outrage. True, the concern for monetary losses is quite evident. But with that said, the majority of you will still settle for whatever you can get, and hopefully will line up for the next opportunity to be viscerally separated from the green.
One of the "buttons" if you will, that prompted my interest was the reference to the ISO 9000. This is not the Good, Housekeeping seal of approval, nor is it Consumer's Reports. This is how you get the attention of the Big Boys world wide. This is a tedious painstaking process to document, and ultimately achieve. I don't believe that SOE continues to reference this "achievement" and meeting this exacting set of standards. I have been involved with stateside organizations which are being queried by their foreign customers as to their ISO status, and these customers hint broadly that this level of overall quality control attainment will become a condition of doing future business.
I bring up this point, because it shows the tenacious levels to which one with greed for an agenda will persue. The full listing for ISO protocols by particular industry is readily available at the web page in Sweden. Below is a local group, with education of the masses as their agenda. SOE was treating this more like a military Good Conduct Medal. All you former servicemen out there know the joke about the Medal. You don't get a good Conduct Medal; You have it when you enter the military. All you have to do now is ...keep it.
Observe for your self, gentlemen. Note carefully the initial, ongoing, and past, which comprise components for this certification. I may have missed this, but in my research through this thread, may have missed if someone caught this. If so, I apologize.
Best of luck!
