Paul E. re: "Wave report and AMD" Wave report. I didn't say anything about PII shortages. I merely posted the article, (which BTW appeared in todays WSJ), and made the comment that if the article was factual there may be some FTC issues. My UCC is rusty, but dumping product is a potential issue. And while bundling is legal, there is illegal bundling. AMD You keep making authorative comments about AMD's costs and pricing. Your latest was that AMD is selling product below cost. (Basically you claim dumping). So again, what is their COG and sell prices? (And remember, there's a big difference between losing money and selling product below cost). Your stock reply on these issues is, "AMD is losing money". We all know that. But what are their COG and sell prices? You're the authority, not me. I never claimed to know the answers to these questions.
